Hi, Tater Bag here! I make great baked potatoes in less than 10 minutes. Why wait around for that old oven to warm up and then maybe 2 hours later have a baked potato. I say “Get ‘er done”. All you have to do is wash your potato, wrap it in a paper towel, stuff it inside me and stick me in the microwave. You don’t even need to poke holes in the potato, just make sure the flap covers the opening. (You don’t want any Taters escaping!) Place me on the rotating glass plate and cook on high for 5 to 7 minutes. Big Taters or two Taters in one bag may take slightly longer. When removing the Tater from the bag, remember it will be hot so use tongs or a hot pad to grab the Tater. When I get dirty, just throw me in the washing machine.

Meet the Maker
We are two little grannies that recently retired from the corporate world and are now enjoying our passion of sewing. We love making things for others. We live in beautiful Tallahassee, FL and are neighbors. Sometimes we sew at Nana's house and sometimes we sew at Granny Kay's house or sometimes we sew separately at our own house and send each other pictures of what we made that day. We make accessories for dogs and cats (bandanas, bows, snuffle mats, cat toys and food bowl mats), useful items for the kitchen like Tater Bags and bowl cozies. We also make tote bags (reversible totes, canvas totes and our special totes made from vintage fabric and table linens). What ever we think would be fun to make, we make it. Some days we can't even decide what to make next because we want to make it all. Over the years we have collected quite a stash of fabric and now to our husbands' relief we are finally using it!
How it’s Made
Our Tater Bags are made with 100% cotton fabric and batting. This keeps the moisture in the potato while baking in the microwave. The bags are machine washable and dryer safe. Bags vary in size, but all of our bags will accommodate most potatoes found in grocery stores today. We choose fabrics that are fun and colorful. No one likes to spend all day in the kitchen and we think our Tater Bags are a real time saver. Processing Time - All items listed are made and ready to ship to you. Please allow 1 - 3 days to prepare your order for shipping.
Return Policy - On the off chance a mistake was made (well, we aren’t perfect) either in shipping an incorrect size or product, or if for some reason the product is defective, returns are happily accepted at no cost to you. However, If after receiving your items you change your mind on your purchase, or decided the size you purchased is not a good fit, then you (the buyer) are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Please read size charts carefully and choose the appropriate size.
Shipping – We ship via USPS priority mail. USPS says it can take 2-5 business days to ship anywhere in the United States. However the Post Office has occasionally taken longer. If you provide us with a valid email address we will send you a tracking number.
